The preservation of existing trees and bushland regeneration zones were priorities for Taylor Group as it delivered a new works depot for Ku-ring-gai Council.
A four storey administration and warehouse structure with a two level basement car park has been built. The project also includes extensive slab on ground pavement construction for future access and egress of council vehicles. Several covered parking, wash and materials bays have been integrated within the design. A two storey trade store structure is positioned at the rear of the site.
