7 Murray Rose Avenue at Sydney Olympic Park was constructed as a joint venture between Fitzpatrick Investments and Kirby Holdings.  It comprises five levels of commercial office space with roof top plant, two levels of basement car parking, main entry lobby and four retail tenancies to the ground floor. 

The building has been designed to meet a 5 Star Green Star rating and constructed to achieve a 4.5 Star NABERS energy efficiency rating.  Each of the five office levels comprise approximately 1,100sqm including lift lobby and amenities.

Digital Realty designs, builds and operates data centres for Australian and international customers in multiple sectors. FDC were retained by Digital Realty for the green field construction of their first Australian data centre with total gross floor area of 8,020sqm.

The facility comprises four data halls with associated electrical switch rooms and roof plant, office areas, loading dock and associated plant and equipment rooms. Site utilities include high voltage power, water, sewer, civil and stormwater systems.

This project was awarded a NSW MBA Award for Best Communication Building (Data Centre) in 2013.

NEXTDC's data centre at 4 Eden Park Drive, Macquarie Park is located in close proximity to Sydney's CBD. S1 is NEXTDC’s newest purpose built enterprise-class data centre and has recently achieved Uptime Institute Tier III certification, an assurance that the facility will support extremely high levels of service availability.

The preservation of existing trees and bushland regeneration zones were priorities for Taylor Group as it delivered a new works depot for Ku-ring-gai Council.

A four storey administration and warehouse structure with a two level basement car park has been built. The project also includes extensive slab on ground pavement construction for future access and egress of council vehicles. Several covered parking, wash and materials bays have been integrated within the design. A two storey trade store structure is positioned at the rear of the site.

THE PARK is the second major project undertaken by Taylor Group for Global property company Goodman. Taylor design and constructed their new tenant specific commercial building in Macquarie Park comprising 28,000m2 of GBA, including 15,000m2 of A-Grade office space and 13,000m2 of underground basement carparking.
